Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider for:
- CBA (which covers BCBS, BCBS Federal, BCBS state and PAI)
- United Health Care (UHC)
For all other insurances, please read “Superbills” below.
Superbills for Insurance:
If you would like to use your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If your policy provides for out-of-network providers, your insurance company will reimburse you for a portion or all of your session fee. Any reimbursement provided by the insurance company goes directly to you, the client.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session in cash, check, or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
